All persons who  are allotted  rooms in the Circuit House

Officials of government, semi-government, autonomous organizations are allotted Circuit House rooms on the basis of Warrant of President. In addition, Ministers/Ministers of State/Deputy Ministers, Chief Whips of the National Assembly, Members of Parliament, i.e. all VIP guests of the district stay in Circuit House. There is a provision for allotment of Circuit House rooms to retired officials on their personal trips.
